Evergreen Home Buyers began as a small seed of an idea by co-founders Daniel and Nelisa Lee. Nelisa’s passion for helping the community, coupled with Daniel’s passion for real estate blossomed into the family business they have planted here in Jacksonville, Florida – the place they both call home.
Meet Our Team
Daniel Lee: Daniel is a problem solver and quick on his feet to help with any real estate situation thrown his way. He is typically the main point of contact for most of our sellers and can help navigate each situation with the attention and creativity to create win-win solutions for everyone.
Nelisa Lee: Nelisa is behind the scenes helping bring ideas for the business to life. Nelisa grew up nearby the real estate industry, following her dad around construction sites as a kid. While most of her time now is spent in the office, she does enjoy getting out to check up on their renovation projects! She is the backbone of the business keeping everything running smoothly.
Chris Umali: Chris is an integral member of the team as the accounting analyst. He plays a key role in the accuracy of the Company’s financial statements and record keeping. His responsibilities encompass recording day to day business transactions, compiling financial reports and ensuring the completeness and accuracy of the Company’s financial results. Through his commitment to learning and growing, Chris significantly contributes to the smooth operation of the business. Outside of work, he finds fulfillment in spending quality time with his family and walks with his dog.
Bekah Umali: Bekah plays a crucial role behind the scenes of the Company. She is responsible for identifying new business opportunities and actively contributing to the marketing strategies of the Company. Her valuable contributions play a pivotal role in maintaining the competitiveness of the business and ensuring its sustained success in a dynamic market environment. Not only is Bekah a crucial member to the team, she is also a new mother.
Danielle Nichols: Danielle brings years of real estate experience to her role as the Company’s Operations Manager. Known for her strategic approach and attention to detail, Danielle excels in overseeing the operational aspects of the Company. She manages renovation projects, marketing strategies and ensures transactions are completed on a timely basis. Her expertise extends to coordinating intricate real estate transactions, managing vendor relationships, and optimizing processes for enhanced productivity. When Danielle is not working, she can be found cheering for the Miami Dolphins and Florida State Seminoles or cooking a delicious meal.
We also have numerous assistants, front desk agents and staff that we couldn’t live without. Our aim is for your transaction to be smooth, easy and professional.
