There have been several cases where Evergreen Home Buyers has worked directly with homeowner’s realtors with houses listed on the MLS to determine win-win solutions for everyone. We’re always happy to make you an offer through your realtor. It is always your decision on whether or not you’d like to accept the offer and move forward.
